Overnight oats

A quick recipe that can be made the night before for an easier morning


Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 45g rolled porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp low fat Greek yogurt
  • 80g black berries
  • 100ml water

Method

  1. The night before serving, stir the cinnamon and 100ml water into your oats
  2. The next day, loosen with a little more water (or milk) if needed. Top with the yogurt and berries

  • Cutlery
  • Kitchen scales

Serving suggestions

You can add dried fruit, seeds and nuts, grated apple or pear, or chopped tropical fruits
